Applications Manager: Bulk repository creation

Applications Manager is a tool that lets you create repositories for several Qlik applications at once.

There are two ways you can execute Application Manager:

1. When creating a new Git Server in Gitoqlok Options
2. Opening Apps Manager in Gitoqlok popup from the Qlik hub
